He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Hanouille and Joseph Hanouille. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Joseph Hanouille; his granddaughter Kylie Hanouille; his siblings, Edward Hanouille of Southwick, Paul Hanouille (Anja) of Florida, Lucy Hanouille of Texas, Joan Tomlin (Hanouille) of Tennessee and Catherine Diaz (Hanouille) of Ware; and his close friend Carlton.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for individuals to perform a random act of kindness in Joe's name.
