It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J Barna Jr. of Southwick, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Jeannnette Barna (Lussier); and his brother Ronald Wegrzyn. He is survived by: his sons, James Barna (Jodi), Michael Barna (Candace), Daniel Barna (Tami), John Barna and Stephen Barna (Jenelle); his grandchildren, Christopher, Brianna (Brian), Bridgette, Stephen, Jonathan and William; and his caregiver Carolyn. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer that donations in Skip's honor be made to Baystate Hospice, 280 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA 01199.
