He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Sr. Glembocki and Stella Glembocki (Kozara); and his brother-in-law Ronald Brawsay. He is survived by: his wife Donna Glembocki (Lebowitz); his daughter Kim Kurtz (Bill) of Lake Park, FL; his grandchildren, William, Paul and Krista Kurtz; his sister Jean Brawsay; his nephew Scott Brawsay (Linda); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jesse and James; and his nephew Mark Brawsay.

The family has requested memorial donations be made to Brain and Behavior Research Foundation, 747 Third Ave. 33 Floor New York, NY 100107 or Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer, 415 Crossways Park Dr. Suite D Woodbury, NY 11797.
