He was predeceased by: his siblings, Maurice, Jr., Tyola and Cynthia. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Karlstrom (Eader) of Southwick; his children, Conrad, Yvonne King (Donald) and Cara Faipler (Freddy); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Welch of Westfield, Paula Carboni (Nico) of Westfield, Jack Faipler and Danielle Faipler; and his great grandchild Talon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Jack had a love for cats so in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jack's memory to the Town of Southwick (memo: Animal Shelter), 11 Depot Street, Southwick, MA 01077.
