He was predeceased by: his brother Philip Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Steward (Beach); his children, Kellie Manzi (Richard) of Agawam, Krista Stoops, Roger Tetreault and Matthew Tetreault of Westfield; his grandchildren, Devyn Manzi, Arianna Manzi and Eden Stoops; and his brother Eugene Steward (Ginny) of Southwick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
