With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George MacIntyre of Southwick, Massachusetts, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 6, 2023 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George MacIntyre to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles MacIntyre and Carol Jones MacIntyre; and his son Matthew. He is survived by: his children, Charles Macintyre (Catherine), Marshall Macintyre (Ashley), Cody MacIntyre and Chelsea MacIntyre; his grandchildren, Addison, Wyatt, Samantha and Piper; and his siblings, Russell MacIntyre (Charlene), Hale MacIntyre (Louise) and Mary Ellen Bonelli (Tom). He is also survived by niece and Nephew.

“I remember George as a kind person who was friendly to all. When we were teens, a bunch of us were swimming. I jumped into the swimming hole & landed on broken glass which cut my foot open. He took off his special “George McIntyre” T-shirt, wrapped it around my foot, even though I insisted that he didn’t because it would stain & ruin his shirt- & then carried me home. He was that kind of person. May stories like these & your memories of George give you some comfort during this difficult time.”
