He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmore Bourassa and Genevive Bourassa; his wife Elizabeth; and his siblings, Paul Bourassa of West Springfield and Linda Piela of Chicopee.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Bourassa (Elizabeth) of West Springfield; his grandchildren, Tiffany Peloquin (Joshua) of Simpsonville, SC, Joseph Jr. Bourassa (Alisha) of Durham, CT and Briana Duncan (Brennan) of West Springfield, MA.; his great grandchildren, Torri and Daisy; his sister Kathy Hamborg of West Springfield, MA; and his close friend Richard Perrault of Southwick, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews relatives.
