He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ray Bush; his cousins, Kyle, Kolleen and Auntie Cheryl Masciadrelli; his uncle Donny; his cousins, Emily and Matt; his uncles, Michael Warren and Tom; and his cousins, Raymond, Ryan and Tyde.
He is survived by: his mother Debra Linthwaite-Gardner; his sisters, Allyson and Laine Gardner; his stepsister Malerie Hinckley; his grandmother Frances Teehan Bush; and his friends, Jules, David, Matt, Cheryl, Chris, James, Brittany, Arianna and Sid.
