Bertha A. McGill Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha A. McGill (Southwick, Massachusetts), born in Newport, Vermont, who passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aristide Forand and Arlene Forand (Chapman); her husband William J. McGill; her daughter Linda McGill-McClure; and her brothers, Guy Forand and Orrin Forand.
She is survived by: her daughters, June McGill-Polowski (Gill) of Moscott, FL and Arlene Prevost (Bruce) of Bennington, VT; and her sisters, Pauline Bristo and Ruth McCauley of Quebec Canada. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bertha's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452.
