He was predeceased by: his parent Stacia Shelto; his son Alex Noga; his sisters, Joan Halstead and Sallyann Gemme; and the mother of his children Jeanne Turner (White).

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ethan Mulville, Ava Mulville, Evelyn Cammisa, Gabrielle Noga and Alexis Noga; his children, Richard Noga of West Simsbury, CT, David Noga of Southwick, MA and Lorraine Noga of Russell, MA; and his siblings, Dorothy Warner (Richard) of Bolton, CT and James Noga of Hamden, CT. He is also survived by grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
