He was predeceased by: his wife Edwina Augustynski. He is survived by: his children, Kris Augustynski (Michelle) of Auburn, Charles Augustynski of Dudley, Jeremy Augustynski (Melissa) of Danielson and Casi Rich (Matt) of North Andover; his sister Charlene Liseno of Milford; his close friend Deborah Geraghty; his stepsons, William Farrar of Oregon and David Farrar of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Kaylee, Jaelyn, Eli, Briella and Matt.
