Lewis of Southbridge, MA; his daughter Liberty Lewis; the mother of his child Stephanie Kenneway of Putnam, Connecticut.; his girlfriend Jennifer Soponski; his girlfriend's children, Addison, Lily Soponski and Dillon Roy; his siblings, Stephanie Cyr (Eric) of Southbridge, Brendon Lewis (Vanessa) of Holland, MA and John Lewis Jr. (Christina) of Deerfield, NH; his aunts and uncles, David Wetherbee of Southbridge, MA, Richard Wetherbee (Joanne) of Centerville, MA, Penny Lewis of Bondsville, MA, Lisa Lewis (Tom) of Pittsfield, MA and Matthew Lewis (Julie) of Florida; his friends, Angel Dingui (Amanda) of Oxford, MA and Greg Gallant; his son Brockton of Southbridge, MA; and his friend Jared Morrison of Thompson, Connecticut.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
