Mulligan of Boston, MA; his grandchildren, Kyle T. McGrade, Erin R. McGrade and Alexandra A. Mulligan; his parents, Ralph Herold Hitchcock and Elizabeth Thomas; his former wife Sarah Attig of Washington, DC; and his wife Barbara Whitmeyer Mulligan.
