He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Lionel, Sr. Hebert and Agnes Hebert (Fletcher); and his siblings, Alice Cove, Len, James and George Hebert.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor L. Hebert (Gacek); his children, Elizabeth Detarando (Michael) of Fiskdale, MA, Thomas F. Hebert, Jr. of Portsmouth, NH, Laura Brunstetter (Michael) of Worcester, MA and Daniel Hebert (Sarah) of Worcester, MA; and his grandchildren, Michael Detarando, Ava Detarando, Matthew Brunstetter, Posy Hebert, Mabel Hebert and Oliver Hebert. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tom's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
