He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecilia Kwiatkowski and Boleslaw Kwiatkowski; and his siblings, Helen Kawas, Regina Moninski, Theresa Howard, Charles, Thaddeus and Anthony Kwiatkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Kwiatkowski (Tremblay); his children, John Kwiatkowski of Fairfield, MA, Jane Baugh (Curt) of Columbia, MD and Lynn Kwiatkowski (Neill Matheson) of Fort Collins, CO; his grandchildren, Shannon Baugh, Kelly Riley, Alex Baugh, Jade Pedro and Katherine Kwiatkowski; his great grandchildren, Sophia Baugh, McKenna, Declan and Aidan Riley; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Kwiatkowski and Rachel Tremblay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
