He is survived by: his uncles, On Friday, Scott M. Ciukaj and Jean Cuikaj (Ferron); and his siblings, Gordon LaBarge of Grand Junction, Todd Ciukaj of Woodstock, CT., Kevin LaBarge of North Port, Kevin Leger of Fitchburg, MA., Nancy Nadeau, Lisa Lemieux of Southbridge, MA. and Deborah Stanger of Grand Junction. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
