He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Blais and Nancy Beasley; and his parents, Leonard Blais and Rita Blais (Cournoyer). He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Blais (Bourbeau); his children, Brian (Denise Blais) of Sturbridge, Chad I. Blais (Holly) of Virginia, Toby A. (Meagan Blais) of Southbridge, Kelly F. (James Beasley) of South Carolina, Wendy Ferschke of Southbridge, Shantell C. Ritchotte (Paul) of Southbridge and Danielle L. Nichols of Southbridge; and his sister Elizabeth Jones of North Carolina. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
