He was predeceased by: his wife Diane C. Phipps (Poirier); and his parents, Chauncey W. Phipps and Margery E. Phipps (Simpson). He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly A. Blake (Robert) of Bedford, NY; his siblings, Scott W. Phipps of Hobe Sound, FL and Susan L. Grandone of Fiskdale; and his granddaughters, Megan Blake and Erin Blake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
