He is survived by: his daughter Tracey McKenna (Tom); his significant other Sharon Osborne; his children, Christine Taylor, Andrea Taylor, Steven Taylor and Jen Stahelski (Brant); his partner's son Chris Smith; his grandchildren, Noah Taylor, Damion Taylor, Jade Justice, TJ McKenna, Maddy Stahelski and Brady Stahelski; his former wife Shirley E. Taylor; his son David Chlapowski; and his pets, Mack and Myra.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Cancer Center at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge.
