He was predeceased by: his wife Veronica Yi; and his parents, Myung-Chil Yi and Sun Yei Kim. He is survived by: his children, John Yi (Christina Yi) of Chunju City, Misa L. Guzman (Deacon Juan Guzman) of Southbridge, MA, Teresa Yim (Dosung Yim) of Folson, CA, Jena Im (Songbin Im) of Chunchun City and Anna Yi (Daniel Yi) of Hayward, CA; his grandson Juan J. L. Guzman, Jr.; his granddaughter-in-law Cassandra Norgaise of Braintree; his grandchildren, Francisco L. Guzman (Laura Arvidson-Guzman, MD) of Natick and Huna Dockery; his grandson-in-law William Dockery of Folson, CA; and his grandchildren, Albert Im (Colleen) of San Diego, CA, Francesca Yi and Clotilda Yi of Hayward, CA. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
