She is survived by: her children, Cody C. Lach of North Windham, CT and Bethany M. Lach of Southbridge; her parents, Ronald C. Delage and Anne M. Delage (Mongeau) of Southbridge; her brothers, William R. Delage (Patti) of Shrewsbury and Michael J. Delage of Southbridge; her fiancé Michael Cloutier of Southbridge; her aunt Patricia Morse of Brookfield; her nephew Ryan Delage; and her niece Lauren Delage. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
