She was predeceased by: her siblings, Walter "Buddy" Donnelly, Edward "Sonny" Donnelly, John Donnelly, Florence Higgins, Helen Melanson, Theresa Cormier and Esther Donnelly; her son-in-law John Spingler; her niece Mary Ann Lambert Litwak; her parents, Walter Donnelly and Helen Donnelly (Fitzgerald); and her husband Army Captain Joseph F. Goggin.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Spingler of Provincetown, Janet Welch of Eastham and Edward Goggin (Laurie Foster) of Concord; her daughter-in-law Jeanne Goggin of Rocklin, CA; her grandchildren, Allison Welch, Megan Welch (Benny), Kaitlin Welch (Ron), Brian Spingler, Sam Goggin and Rebecca Goggin; her nieces, Dorothy Sullivan, Jane Sterling, Patsy Kelly and Wendy Phillippe; and her close friend Ruth McDonough.
