She is survived by: her children, John Kwiatkowski of Fairhaven, MA, Jane Baugh (Curt) of Columbia, MD and Lynn Kwiatkowski (Neill Matheson) of Fort Collins, CO.; her grandchildren, Shannon Baugh, Kelly Riley, Alex Baugh, Jade Pedro and Katherine Kwiatkowski; her great grandchildren, Sophia Baugh, McKenna, Declan, Aidan Riley and Cooper Baugh; and her sister-in-law Rachel Tremblay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
