She is survived by: her daughters, Karen L. Butterworth (Christopher A. Earnest) of Sturbridge and Joyce A. Butterworth (Joshua Forand) of Westfield; her grandson Alex Fontanilles of Westfield; her siblings, John, Richard, Donald, Francis and Ann; her pets, Ziggy and Nutmeg; and her husband Richard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
