He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Joseph Chartier. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Regina (Wassmer); his son Jeremy Carrington (Ginger) of Orange; his grandchildren, Cameron, Natalia, Logan, Blake and Ozzie; and his sisters, Susan Derry (Mike) of Webster, Mary Ross (Jim) of Mayfield and Elaine Ramsey (Robert) of Dudley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Westridge Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joe's memory to your local dog shelter, Joe had a love for dogs.
