She was predeceased by: her siblings, Henry Chase, Jr. and Elaine L.; her parent Henry W.; and also Vizard. She is survived by: her husband Barry L. Blake; her children, Michael L. Blake, Catherine G. Mauro of Fiskdale, MA and Darcy J. Coderre; her grandchildren, Brenna Roohr (Michael), Casey Burtis (Michael), Kellen Blake, Nicholas Coderre, Katie Coderre and Stacey Mauro; her siblings, Charles S. Chase and Barbara A. Kiusalas (Richard) of West Barnstable, MA; and her parent Lillian Chase, Sr. (Stone). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
