He is survived by: his wife Theresa E. Blair (Mongeau); his children, Gerald J. Blair, Jr. (Lisa) of Southbridge and Sue M. Mellor (Steve) of Southbridge; his granddaughter Sarah A. Blair; and his great grandchildren, Pandora, Harley and Vinny Fugno.
