She was predeceased by: her brother Edward Freehart; and her parent David J. Freehart. She is survived by: her spouse Barry M. Mathieu; her children, David LeBlanc (Angela) of Athol, Zachary Mathieu (Kristi) of Millbury, Crystal Madelle (James) of Huddleston, VA., Tammy Jones Machado (Antonio) of Southbridge, Heather Mathieu of Monson and Hayley Carima (Chris) of Long Island, NY; her mother Doris Freehart (Mongeon); and her siblings, Kenneth Freehart, Keith Conley and Lynn Bashaw (Junior) of Southbridge. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
