He was predeceased by: his son Paul A. Proulx, Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Annette M. Proulx (Benoit); his children, David Proulx (Heidi) of North Brookfield, Ronald Proulx (Steven Demar) of Sturbridge, Ann Marie Mandeville (Roger) of Southbridge, Paulette Fontaine of Sturbridge, Claudette Hardy (Steven) of Maynard, Michelle Donais (Edgar) of Brookfield, Madeleine Saunders (Guy) of Southbridge and Monique Kopas (David) of Thompson, CT; his children-in-law, Sharon Proulx of Southbridge and Harry Fontaine, Jr; his daughter Susan Proulx; his siblings, Claudio, Harry, Roland, Roy, Clarence, Florence Levesque, Lottie Earls, Alice Christian, Dorothy Proulx and Helen Proulx; and his parents, Arthur Proulx and Yvonne Proulx (Lamothe). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
