He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ferrier and Alexander Ferrier. He is survived by: his wife Joan Ferrier (Fogg); his sister Gail McFadden (David); and his daughters, Susan Lang (Pete), Cheri Schwartz (Bruce), Sandi Gibson (Greg) and Carol van Zanten (Etienne). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
