He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Maguire and Catherine Maguire (Casey); his wife Joan Maguire (Corrigan); his brothers, Joseph, William and Edward Maguire; and his siblings-in-law, John Wilson and Irene Maguire.
He is survived by: his sister Shelia Wilson of Southborough; and his sister-in-law Ann Maguire of Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
