He was predeceased by: his father Donald W. Cook, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa T. Cook (Silva); his mother Elaine J. Cook (Prince); his father-in-law Peter Wood; and his siblings, Tyler A. Cook (Rebecca), Kristopher J. Cook (Nicole) and Tiffany J. Polny (Christopher). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, as well as uncles and aunts.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Matthews Catholic Church (26 Highland St, Southborough, MA 01772).
In lieu of flowers, Don's family asks that donations be made in his memory to the Pan Mass Challenge.
