He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean M. Lewis and Helen Lewis (Mocerino). He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Lewis (Laura Loehle) of Norwalk, CT and Thomas Lewis of Southborough; his siblings, Kimberly Lewis-Keddy (Tim) of Westborough, Robin Lamy (Kevin) of Northborough, Kathy Franchitto (Brian) of Southborough, Steven Lewis (Kathy) of Sandwich and Dean Lewis, Jr. (Adele) of Eastham; his grandson Asher Lewis (Susan); and his pet Jessie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was a giving man and even following his passing, was able to save a life with the donation of his right kidney and was also able to donate his liver to science. Additionally, he was able to donate multiple other tissues to assist with surgical procedures to improve the lives of countless others.
