She was predeceased by: her husband William J. O'Brien; her parents, Joseph L. Kelaher and Gertrude Kelaher (Shine); her sister Patricia Ford (Kelaher); and her brother-in-law Thomas Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Pagano (Joseph) of Worcester, William O'Brien (Laura) of Brookline and Christopher O'Brien (Paola) of Newton; her grandchildren, Catherine "Kate", Emma, Leo (Carine), John Pagano, Liam, Henry, Seamus, Jason O'Brien, Patrick, Francesca "Cesca" and Lucas O'Brien; and her great grandchild Luca Pagano.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morris-Johnston Funeral Home (40 Main St, Southborough, MA 01772). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Church (105 Southville Rd, Southborough, MA 01772). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Southborough Rural Cemetery (49 Elm St, Worcester, MA 01609).
