He was predeceased by: his father Willis M. "Skip" Underwood, III. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Underwood (Brown) of Westfield; his wife Amy B. Underwood (Webb); his children, Sara R. Underwood of Southampton and Evan M. Underwood of Southampton; and his siblings, Carolyn Wyckmans (Robert) of Easthampton, Corey R. Underwood of Montgomery and Dennis W. Underwood of Westfield. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends and co-workers.
