He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dame and Celina Dame (Langlois); and his siblings, Adele Dion, Lucille Labonte, Leona Carrier, Alice Stasz, John Dame, Jr., Claire Johnston and Charles Dame.
He is survived by: his wife Noella L. Dame (Provost); his daughters, Barbara Dame (Douglas Langevin) of Southampton, Donna Dame Will (Peter) of Belchertown, Deborah Durocher (David) of Chicopee and Darlene Gramolini (Frank) of Southampton; his grandchildren, Michael Durocher (Alisha) of Chicopee, Phylicia Lavigne (Anthony) of South Hadley, Celina Will of Denver, CO, Symon Will of Holyoke, Robert Gramolini (Lori) of Chicopee and Matthew Durocher of Easthampton; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Oliver and Annabella. He is also survived by cat "Tux", and many nieces and nephews.
