He was predeceased by: his father Mario J. Biancuzzo. He is survived by: his mother Anne J. Biancuzzo (Beaulieu) of Westfield; his wife Kristen M. Biancuzzo (Smith) of Southampton; and his siblings, Thomas Biancuzzo of Westfield, Lisa Bennett (William) of Westfield and Anita LaBarbera (Lawrence) of Wilbraham.
