He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bellinger and Ortha Bellinger (Huck); his sisters, Beth Brown and Hope Kizzer; and his brothers-in-law, Bruce Kizzer, Roger Brown and Victor Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Bellinger (Brown); his sisters-in-law, Chris Dirr, Cindy Brown and Sandy Brown; his aunt Connie Bellinger; his nieces, Amelia DeCilles and Melissa Dirr; and his nephew Ken Kizzer. He is also survived by two great-nieces; and one great-nephew.
