He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Page and Beatrice Page (McCusker); his son Kevin Page; and his brother Herb Page. He is survived by: his wife Doreen Page; his former wife Lynne Page; his children, Anne McLean of Lynn, MA, Lisa DeAngelis of Swampscott, MA and Thomas Page; his pet Lulu; his sisters, Mary Cullity (late Timothy) and Roberta Duffly (late Joseph); and his sister-in-law Linda Warren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
