She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Haddad and Winona Sawers Haddad Kostic; and her siblings, Joseph, Emil "Kip" Haddad, Nancy Haddad Ingels and Cynthia Goldberg Roberts.

She is survived by: her son Rory Haddad of South Yarmouth; and her brother Jeffrey Haddad of Hyannis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
