He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving W. Kendrick and Marion L. Kendrick; and his sisters, Joan Steele and Christine. He is survived by: his son David Kendrick; the mother of his children Carolyn Day Eldred; his brother Bruce; his children, Brian Kendrick (Barbara) of Lawrenceville, NJ, Jonathan Kendrick of Dennis, Darren Kendrick of Hollywood, CA, Pam McConkey of West Yarmouth, Holly O'Leary (Brian) and Alyssa Starkweather (Jonathan Starkweather) of Chatham; and his grandchild Beau.
