He is survived by: his wife Bamby of West Dennis; his daughters, Crystal Schaad (Tom) of Norfolk, VA and Caitlin Forrest of McLean, VA; his parents, Pat Forrest and Edie Bennett of West Dennis; his siblings, Darcy Forrest of Stuart, FL, Kellie Collins of Boston, MA and Kevin Forrest of Frye, ME; and also Lauren Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to his daughter Caitlin's Boston Marathon run with Team Hoyt to raise funds for children with disabilities.
