He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barry and Irene Barry (Noone) of Pembroke, MA; his wife Carol McCracken Barry of So; and his sisters, Elizabeth Griffen of Sunland, CA and Carol Aziz of Pembroke, MA..
He is survived by: his siblings, William Barry of Taunton, MA, Richard Barry (Elizabeth) of Edgewood, MD., Brenda Shay of Taunton, MA and Susan Burden (Stephen) of Taunton, MA.; his stepchildren, Sarah Steidinger (Eric) of Raynham, MA and Scott McCracken (Emily) of Williston, VT.; and his grandchildren, Calvin Steidinger and Molly McCracken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with his network of close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Hallett Funeral Home (273 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA 02664). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
