She is survived by: her parents, Elizabeth Whitehead and Ralph Whitehead; her child Sophia Leigh Phillips; her siblings, Melissa Whitehead, Kristene Whitehead, Michael Sullivan Jr. and Jamie Leigh McMahon; and her grandparents, Rosemary McMahon, Rita Sullivan and Barbara Whitehead. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
