He was predeceased by: his father Joseph J. Zapustas, Jr. of Randolph. He is survived by: his children, Olivia Zapustas of Marshfield and Riley Zapustas of North Dighton; his mother Linda Burroughs (late Steven) of Bridgewater; his siblings, Kristen Zapustas of West Bridgewater and Kim Trapilo of Canton; his nieces and nephews, Jordyn, Devyn, Ozzy and Lauren; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
