With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Ralph Grande (South Yarmouth, Massachusetts), who passed away on November 20, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his brother Ralph; his wife Marylin Joyce Grande; his children, James W Grande, Catherine A Taylor, Lisa M Follen, Allison H Voelger and Marylin V Hathaway; and his father Amen Jim. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A Final Prayer "Joyce and I have traveled a lifetime together and now our time has come. We now reach the Apex of this journey into life everlasting. Lord we know you have been with us every step of the way and we now appear for final judgement. I thank you Lord for our Faith and guidance from your church but as a sinner my judgement day has come. I now stand before You, God our Father seeking your final decision. Conscious of my past, I beg you Father to please forgive me. I know full-well that my every sin has caused you as much pain as the nails driven into Your body at Your crucifixion, a pain which will last for an eternity. My time is now. Please God our Father should your will be done, have mercy on me and when our penance is complete please bring Joyce and I together into your sacred embrace that we may serve you for eternity in the Blessed Trinity. Please Lord have mercy on our souls and may your will be done, now and forever."
