He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Weatherby, Barbara McIntyre of Florida, Patricia and Paul Gouviea of Holbrook. He is survived by: his wife Judy Weatherby (Baker); his children, James C. Weatherby (Lisa) of Easton and Thomas E. Weatherby (Nancy) of Avon; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Nicholas, Catherine and T. J. Weatherby.
