He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Kincade Daly; and his siblings, Phyllis Morrison, George Daly and Paul Daly. He is survived by: his wife Christine Shakalis Daly; his children, Richard Daly (Susan) and Jacqueline Daly Esquivel (Raul); his grandchildren, Robert Daly, Alyse Daly Sullivan, Lauren Daly, Christina Esquivel and Meredith Esquivel; and his great grandchildren, Jay Daly, Will Daly and Charles Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Hope Hospice who provided loving care and support during Gerry's last few weeks.
