It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald O'Malley (South Yarmouth, Massachusetts), born in Roslindale, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. O'Malley and Gertrude C. O'Malley (Bletzer); his wife Eleanor Fougstedt; his brother Harry; and his sister-in-law Irene O'Malley.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Piantedosi (late Paul) of Brookline, NH, Cynthia Murphy and William of Barnstable; his brother David O'Malley; his grandchildren, Paul "Duke" Piantedosi, Michael J. Piantedsoi (Danielle), Brian R. Murphy (Jessica), Kerryn Murphy-Dowling (Joseph) and Douglas W. Murphy (Alexandra); his great grandchildren, Isabella, Amara, Owen, Cullen, Finley, Joseph, Leo and Weston; and his sister-in-law Ethel O'Malley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
