With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Leo Carey of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 12, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though George Leo may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those George Leo touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo T. and Mary F. Carey (Higgins). He is survived by: his wife Louise S. Houston; his children, Jennifer, Sean and Jacqueline; and his sisters, Marilyn and Bette-Lou.
